Finalize project scope
Raymond submitted a draft of the wording of the scope. It was decided that scope should actually be part of the web policy.
Develop Web Policy
Teri and Raymond have reviewed hundreds of policies. The subcommittee will meet to compile the best of the lot.
Subcommittee: Usability study report
Diane D. will ask Kelly for money to hire an outside source to conduct a usability study. She contacted Paul Shaffer who suggested using a video camera during testing. Diane C. suggested we do the study during Tech Challenge which is April 30, 2004. We could offer prizes to participate.
Subcommittee: 508 standards report
Teri submitted a user friendly definition of web accessibility as well as the WebAIM Section 508 Checklist. The subcommittee will meet to develop a plan for compliance.
