Learning Assistance

Tutoring Services

Peer tutoring is free to all students whether full-time or part-time, day or evening. Sessions are usually scheduled two hours per week and continue as long as needed.

Students who are experiencing difficulty in coursework are encouraged to come to Student Services, Learning Assistance to explore their options. They will be guided to the appropriate person for academic help, as well as to any needed support courses and resource materials.

Tutoring

Tutoring appointments can be scheduled one of two ways: by filling out the Client Registration form available in the Student Services Office or calling the Student Services Office at 727-3440.

Resources

In addition to one-on-one peer tutoring, an open math lab and writing center are available as free resources to students.
