Coach Scott Garver
Coaching Staff
Scott Garver is beginning his first year as head coach for Miami Middletown Volleyball. He held the Assistant Coach position
for the ’08 season, during which Miami Middletown’s Volleyball team won the O.R.C. State Tournament.
Scott is a Badin High School graduate. He brings to Miami Middletown Volleyball numerous years of experience, both as a player
and as a coach. He has played at various levels, both sand and indoor, for 20 years. He has also coached at various levels from
8th grade through college for over 15 years.
Scott has been an instructor at many camps, including Talawanda Volleyball Camp and Miami University Advanced Camp. He is IMPACT
(Increased Mastery & Professional Application of Coaching Theory) certified, ASEP (American Sports Education Program) certified,
as well as CAP I and CAP II (Coaching Accreditation Program by USA Volleyball) certified. He is an active member of USA Volleyball
and has received the USA Volleyball Meritorious Service Award.
Scott resides in Oxford, Ohio.
