Coaching Staff

Head Coach - Maria Slone is entering her first year as Head Coach for the Thunderhawks softball team. She is a former player for the Miami Middletown softball team. She attended Miami for three years as a Mathematics Education major. Coach Slone graduated from Middletown High School in 1999 where she played varsity softball. She also went to Monroe High School where she played varsity softball as well.  Maria has helped with softball clinics and volunteered as a coach for the Cincinnati Reds Rookie Success League.

Assistant Coach - Meagan Hendrickson is in her first season as the Lady Thunderhawks assistant softball coach.  She is a former Lady Thunderhawk player as she played both softball and basketball at Miami University Middletown.  Meagan is also a student at Miami, completing her degree in Early Childhood Education. 

Prior to playing at Miami University Middletown, she played softball, basketball and ran cross country for Princeton High School where she graduated from in 2006.
