Thunderhawk softball players earn conference recognition

The Lady ThunderHawks Softball team had four individuals earn Academic All-Conference honors. First year players, Shannon Dazet, Emily Gault, Maria Smith and Heather Crispin were all recognized for their academic acheivements while playing softball. Shannon Dazet was also the softball teams Scholar Athlete of the Year.

Second year pitcher Renee Van DeVenter was voted first team All-Conference. Her battery mate, catcher Maria Smith earned second team All-Conference. Renee and Maria were also selected as co-Most Valuable Players of the 2007 ThunderHawks. Amanda Kinter was chosen the Most Improved Player.
