David Hall is in his fifth season as head coach of the Lady ThunderHawks after serving as an assistant coach for three years.
David’s previous coaching experience includes two years at Monroe High School as the boys JV coach and five years coaching the Middletown High School girls’ basketball team and as the Monroe golf coach. David spent 17 years officiating both high school and college basketball.
David retired from the Xerox Corporation. He resides in Monroe with his wife, Michele. He has two daughters and five grandchildren.

Tim Kellis begins his fifth year as assistant coach at Miami Middletown.
Tim graduated from Craigmont High School in Memphis Tennessee and attended the University of Memphis and Moody Bible College. Tim retired from Procter & Gamble, after a 35 year career. Tim is also the varsity Girls Softball Coach at Monroe High School. He is the youth Sunday School Teacher, youth leader and Deacon at First Baptist Church in Monroe Ohio. Coach Kellis also does internet live play by play broadcast for Monroe Hornet Football and Basketball and is a fanatic/avid supporter of the Tennessee Volunteers—GO VOLS!!!
Tim has coached for 37 years with stops in Tennessee, Mississippi and Ohio. His teams have won a total of 15 league titles, 8 district titles, 4 state runner-ups and 2 state titles. Tim has also coached volleyball, softball, football, track and baseball. He served as Christian School Athletic Director for 8 years.
Coach Kellis lives in Monroe with his wife Patti, who is a special needs teacher with the Monroe Local Schools and his son JC and his wife Saren, who is a 2014 graduate of Miami University and a Dean's list member, and a former member of the ThunderHawk baseball team
