Coaching Staff

Rick Burns is in his second season as coach of the Lady ThunderHawks. Rick was the Northridge High School girl’s varsity coach from 1987-2000. He then served as varsity assistant for Monroe High School from 2001-2005 before stepping down to return and coach the Northridge girls.

Prior to focusing on girls basketball, Rick coached both baseball and football at Middletown and Northridge high schools.

Rick continues to teach at Northridge High School. He resides in Middletown with his wife, Su and their two sons, Brett and Matt.
