Personality profiles provide a framework for students (and faculty, staff, and administration...) to explore the concept that people may approach life and think differently than they. It allows them to learn about themselves and about others. You can take these concepts even further and help students (and faculty, staff, and administration...) understand that one solution does not necessarily fit all.
