Group Study Area Policy

The Group Study Area, located on the lower floor of the Library, is available for use by groups or individuals on a first-come, first-served basis. The area is designed to accommodate multiple small groups at one time.

The Group Study Area will close fifteen minutes ahead of the Library’s closing time. Be sure to check the Library’s hours which are posted at each entrance to the Library.

If a larger group wishes to reserve the entire Group Study Area for a set period of time, special arrangements may be made with the Gardner-Harvey Library staff by coming to the Library’s front desk or by calling 513-727-3222.

If a group of any size wishes to use a separate room for a single group, the Library has a classroom on its upper level that may be reserved when not previously scheduled by contacting Records and Registration at 513-727-3217.

In addition, the Library’s Instructional Materials Center (IMC) may be used by a group on a first-come, first-served basis (allowing for interruptions to access or use IMC materials).
