- Support the intellectual, interpersonal and holistic development of students on the regional campuses.
- Serve as a primary advocate for regional campus students and work closely with the representative student governments to ensure that student perspectives and opinions are valued and considered.
- Manage and supervise the Student Affairs areas on the regional campuses including Admission and Financial Aid, Athletics, Childcare, Cooperative Education/Internships/Placement, Counseling, Disability Services, Recreational Sports, Student Activities/Leadership/Volunteerism and Student Judicial Affairs.
- Foster an intellectually stimulating campus climate where learning is emphasized both inside and outside of the classroom.
- Support regional campus student achievement and accomplishment in academics, leadership development, citizenship and service, student employment, athletics, recreational sports and co-curricular involvement.
- Collaborate with appropriate personnel in responding to crisis situations involving students in accordance with University protocol and procedures and collaborate with security, campus administrators and external authorities in dealing with crisis situations on campus.
- Provide leadership in creating, revising and overseeing university policies, practices and procedures that impact regional campus students.
- Foster a student culture that celebrates and embraces diversity and one that is committed to open dialogue and understanding.
- Assist in the development of web information, publications, information guides and other resources that pertain to Student Affairs.
- Serve as an ambassador for the regional campuses with students, families, alumni, neighbors, community leaders and professional colleagues.
- Serve as a member of the senior administrative teams and the Senate for the regional campuses.
- Serve as liaison to the Division of Student Affairs on the Oxford campus.
