Entity Accounts

Entity email accounts do not correspond directly to individuals. They are created for a group of people, such as a department.

Faculty or Staff should use this form to make the following types of requests for entity (group) email accounts:

• Create account that routes to its own mailbox (Accounts with their own mailbox will also have an associated calendar)
• Create account that routes to an existing mailbox
• Change email routing
• Delete an account
• Reset password
