Are you registered with the Co-op / Internship & Placement Office?

Come down to Career Services in 1 Johnston Hall and pick up a Co-op / Internship Packet or an Employment Packet and make your initial appointment with Mira Smith to discuss what Career Services has to offer and to figure out where you are on your job search path. Regular office hours are Monday - Friday, 8am -5pm.

Upcoming Events:

Co-op Orientations
occur weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:30 a.m. -12:30 p.m. and on Fridays from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Call (513)727-3431 to schedule your Co-op Orientation. During this orientation you will learn exactly what a co-op is, reasons why you should take part in a co-op, the best ways to seek jobs effectively, and get tips for a successful interview.

A Co-op Orientation will be scheduled as STEP 3 of your Co-op/Internship Registration Process.

Job-Search and Internship Strategies
Attend this workshop to gain valuable tips for finding great internship opportunities while still in college and that first job after graduation.

  • Hispanic Business: The Authority on the Hispanic Market
  • Job Choices 2008: Job Choices is printed yearly by the National Association of College and Employers. It provides seperate magazines for Business & Liberal Arts Students, Science, Engineering & Technology Students, and Diversity Edition for all students.
  • Job Postings: This monthly publication includes full and part-time opportunities for university and college students. It also includes helpful hints and solutions for your toughest situations from some of the leading Industry Experts.
  • Job Market: Printed weekly by the Dayton Daily News, this FREE publication has jobs in and around your local areas.
