Permit Valid August 20, 2007 - August 25, 2008
Your permit will be ready for pickup at the beginning of the semester.
If you are submitting this application after the beginning of the semester,
it will be ready for pickup at the Cashier Window one week after submission.
All fields in the Student Information and Car #1 must be completed. The
Car #2 section is optional.
