Mail Deliveries

There are two mail deliveries each day to all departments.

• The first is after the US mail has been received and sorted. The time of delivery to offices is usually between 11 am and 1 pm but varies depending upon delivery we receive for the US Postoffice.
• The second delivery is after the Shuttle from the Oxford Campus brings mail from Oxford and Hamilton. Delivery to offices is after 2 pm.

Because of the arrival time varies from day to day, items to be sent on the Shuttle must be in the Mail Center before 1:30 pm.

UPS shipments can be sent from the Middletown Campus. Please bring packages to the Mailroom along with the Banner Index for the department or grant to be charged.
