Mail Delivery

There is one mail delivery each day to all departments.

• The time of delivery to offices is usually between 11 am and 1 pm but varies depending upon deliveries we receive for the US Postoffice and other carriers.

Because of the arrival time varies from day to day, items to be sent on the Shuttle must be in the Mail Center before 1:30 pm.

UPS and FedEx shipments can be sent from the Middletown Campus. Please bring packages to the Mailroom along with the Banner Index for the department or grant to be charged.

Susan Cheek is available to advise on shipping and mailing rates, and she is knowledgeable about the best method for shipping and mailing.
