Financial Managers

A financial manager is the person responsible for a budget. It could be a grant, departmental budget, or another type of account. Occasionally the financial manager responsibility must be transfered from one person to another. This usually happens when we hire a new person to fill a faculty or staff vacancy. To make this transfer of responsibility, contact Susan Bates with the following information:

Old Financial Manager

  • Name as it appears in the Directory

  • Department
  • Banner Plus Number
  • Termination Date
  • Campus Address
New Financial Manager
  • Name as it appears in the Directory
  • Title
  • Department
  • Banner Plus Number
  • Effective Date
  • Campus Address

Please include a list of all Banner Indexes to be transfered from Old Financial Manager.
