Marcia Baxter Magolda, Distinguished Professor of Educational Leadership at Miami University of Ohio, teaches student development theory and inquiry courses in the College Student Personnel masters program. Her scholarship addresses the evolution of learning and development in college and young adult life, the role of gender in development, and pedagogy to promote self-authorship. Dr. Baxter Magolda will lead us in an interactive session on learning and student development.
