Spring 2011-12 Academic Calendar
(all information subject to change)

January 7 Sat Bookstore, Cashier, Financial Aid, Records & Registration offices open at 9:00am-1:00pm
8 Sun SaturdaySelect session 1 begins on Sunday
9 Mon Classes begin at 8:00am
13 Fri Registration/Change of Schedule through BannerWeb ends at 11:59pm
16 Mon Martin Luther King Day - No Classes - CAMPUS CLOSED
23 Mon Subsidy cutoff date
February 24 Fri Last day to apply for May graduation
27 Mon BannerWeb opens for faculty to submit Midterm grades
March 6 Tue NOON Deadline for faculty to submit midterm grades / Midterm grades should available to students on BannerWeb AFTER noon
4-11 Sun-Sun Spring Break - No Classes - CAMPUS OPEN
12 Mon Classes Resume / Summer registration opens to all students at 9:00am
April 27 Fri Last Day to file petition for class or University withdrawal - ALL CAMPUSES
28 Sat Classes end, Regional campuses
30 Mon Final examinations begin, All campuses
May 5 Sat Final examinations end, Regional campuses
5-6 Sat-Sun Commencement Weekend
8 Tues All Final grades due by NOON
10 Thu Grades should be available for students to view on BannerWeb (Date Subject to Change)

Note: Courses from which a student drops or withdraws AND receives a grade
of W will not count in enrolled or actively registered hours when determining
a student’s enrollment status.
