If you wish to make a standing order for a class, rather than
just for specified days within the semester, it is a good idea to communicate directly with Jimmy. Please submit a hardcopy of the Audio Visual Equipment Request form at least 5 days in advance! Also, please advise Jimmy if your class is cancelled or there are other changes.
