Miami University Bookstore Refund Policy For Fall

Textbooks purchased between 8/17/2009 and 9/4/2009 may be exchanged or returned for a full refund during that period.

The following conditions apply:

• Books must be in ORIGINAL CONDITION with all markings, labels, components and shrink-wrap intact.
• REGISTER RECEIPT IS REQUIRED.
• Defective books will be replaced when possible.
• NO REFUNDS on GENERAL BOOKS, REFERENCE BOOKS OR REVIEW MATERIALS.

After 9/4/2009, books may be refunded within two working days of purchase only.
All of the above conditions apply.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER NOVEMBER 27, 2009.

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT VALID CASH REGISTER RECEIPT
